This ball gown is made from bengaline.  It has narrow pleating down the front and also on the sleeves.  It is fully lined, boned, self-piped at the sleeves, and laced at back with grosgrain ribbon.  The back also has a modesty panel. The sleeves are open.  It fits bust 35" and waist 28".  The matching skirt has narrow pleating down the front of the skirt, is pleated to a 1 1/2" waistband and has a pocket in right front.  It has a waist of 
28", circumference of 180", and a length of 40".    The gown has a matching 
capelet for a cool evening.  It is short and has narrow pleating at the back.  It closes at front with matching grosgrain ribbon.
